Caviaroli Extra Virgin olive oil and sesame oil pearls.
Spheres approximately 4-5 millimeters in diameter, with sesame oil inside liquid that burst in the mouth when you bite them.
Chocolate colour with an unmistakable toasted aroma. The oil used as raw material is obtained from black and white sesame seeds with a weaning point that provides an unspeakable taste and aroma.
An ideal ingredient to provide a toasted and Asian touch taking your dish to the next level!
It can be used on any dish where you would use sesame oil such as dressing and/or decoration.
Soups, creams, salads, fish, seafood, meats and desserts.

Keep the pearls covered in your own topping oil
Once opened it is recommended to keep it refrigerated, avoiding freezing (+2oC - +26oC) and consume in one month.
