Caviaroli Modena balsamic vinegar pearls are spheres approximately 7-8 millimeters in diameter, with liquid Modena vinegar beads inside that burst in the mouth when you bite them.
The Pearls are dark in color and flavoured with Modena vinegar, these pearls are acidic, refreshing and explosive.
