Extra Virgin olive oil pearls scented with White Truffle.
Spheres approximately 4-5 millimeters in diameter, with olive oil and white truffle aroma inside pearls of liquid that burst in the mouth when you bite them.
Yellow in colour with a characteristic white truffle aroma.
An ideal ingredient to add an aromatic touch to take your dishes to the next level!
It can be used on any dish where you would use olive oil such as dressing and/or decoration.
Soups, creams, salads, fish, seafood, meats and desserts.
Our suggestions for use:
With egg; poaching, fried or passed through water.
With fries, roasted or as you prefer.
It combines perfectly with fish roe.
Tomato or cheese salads.
Pizzas and pastas.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat sources, light and strong odors.
Keep the pearls covered in your own topping oil
Once opened it is recommended to keep it refrigerated, avoiding freezing (+2oC - +26oC) and consume in one month.
