Caviaroli extra virgin olive oil pearls are spheres of approximately 4-5 millimeters in diameter,
with olive oil and basil in their liquid interior that explode in the mouth when you bite into them.
Greenish in color with a distinctive herbal basil flavor reminiscent of Genoese pesto and fresh Italian basil!
These are an ideal ingredient to add an aromatic touch to your dish, taking your dishes to the next level!
They can be used in any dish where you would use olive oil as a dressing and / or decoration.
